Uniform – New Pupil Premium uniform ordering process: Academic Year 2025/26
At Culcheth High School, we offer all PP students an educational voucher so parents have funds towards necessary educational purchases – for example uniform, equipment and school trips.
If you would like to use your educational voucher towards uniform, please complete the order form using the link below:-
Once you have submitted your order form, a member of the PP Team will check your PP Educational Balance. Should the PP Educational voucher balance cover the cost of the order. The order will be processed by our finance department. If your order exceeds the limit, items will be removed from the order request and a member of the PP team will contact you to discuss.
Orders processed via the Google order form will be delivered to school and you will be contacted when the order arrives – the student will be able to collect their order from the PP Office in school or you can contact the PP Team to collect arrange to collect from reception at a convenient time.
If you require any exchanges or returns on uniform purchased using the order form through school, please return to our school reception in the original packaging and labels intact – our school shop will process the exchange or return.

Why has my order not been processed?
- Insufficient credit on PP voucher.
- Incomplete order form (e.g. no postal address, no sizes given etc.)
How do I find out how much I have left on my PP educational voucher?
At the start of every academic year your son/daughter’s account will be credited with an amount. Contact the in-school PP team to find out your balance.
N.B. The money does not roll over into the next academic year, due to financial restrictions
How do I return items and ensure my PP educational voucher is refunded?
Culcheth High School does not have any facility to process exchanges or returns.
Items can be returned by the student. They must bring the items to the PP Team. Please note items will be not be returned unless they are in the original packaging, unused with labels still attached.
Please advise the school of any return requests by emailing both chfinance@culchethhigh.org.uk and ppteam@culchethhigh.org.uk in order that your PP educational voucher can be credited.
If a replacement uniform is required please complete another Google Form.
What if I want to place an order that exceeds the value remaining on my PP educational voucher?
Firstly, place the full order on the Google Form, items on the form have the cost breakdown indicated.
Once a member of the PP team has reviewed the order, they will process it if funds are avaliable, alternatively insufficient funds will lead to items being removed.
